From your description you sound nearly exactly like me- same eyes, lips, hair, and skin type. I used to wear a ton of black eyeliner but got sick of it, so now I only wear:
Maybelline New York XXL Volume and Length Microfiber Mascara- it stays on all day and doesn't clump. After it dries, just run your fingers over your lashes from the nose out to separate them and make them look really natural.
Physician's Formula Bronzer- I brush it over my cheekbones to define them.
Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm- The peppermint oil infusion keeps your lips plump and enhances their color, while the other ingredients keep them soft and smooth.
To cover black circles and red spots, I put moisturizer on them, then apply Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse. The Natural Ivory matches my skin tone perfectly.
That's it. I've had people ask if I'm wearing makeup, and you can get this all at the drugstore. Hope this helps!

best foundation ok after years and i mean years (and i'm only 32) i found the perfect foundation. foundation changes color once it goes on my skin and no matter what kind i used i always broke out. I tried bare minerals and i liked it buuutt i found something better. everyday minerals. its a powder based foundation all natural, i didnt think it was gonna cover my very dark circles but it did, they even give out free samples on the internet. for each color foundation there are different coverage choices, i like the original glow . it gives you that slight brightness to your face, i cant explain it, it looks like your face is in candle light or light is reflecting off of it, it just great coverage. i cant stress enough how sceptical i was about the coverage but you wont belive it yourself, just try the free sample, you can order like 3 little jars of foundation, eyeshadow and concelar all and i mean all for like $4 for shipping and handling for the whole package. My daughter just had her dance recital pictures done and the photographer asked me where i get her makup up at ... now the school is recomending it to the students. it feels like you have nothing on your skin and it doesnt rub off on your clothes and is all natural no chemicals. I dont work for the company or anything but i should lol god knows how many people i tell about it. They are on the net at everydayminerals.com i found them from another lady here on yahoo and i had a little of a problem finding the free samples section . if you need help just let me know

This question has been asked a million times here and everyone is going to give a different answer. It's a personal preference (and some of the people answering this question haven't tried them all).
My advice is to go out and try different kinds (borrow your friends, get a makeover, etc) and you will find the one that suits you best.
If you want my opinion (and I've tried a LOT of them), I prefer Mary Kay over any other. Some others that I've liked in the past were Mac, Bobby Brown, and Aveda.
Good Luck!

Best online resources:
www.cosmeticscop.com - Product reviews and makeup tips.

www.sephora.com - see Beauty School Section for different looks and how-tos
Since you have clear skin, just wear SPF. Consider Clinique's All Weather Lotion or Aveeno Daily Radiance Facial Moisturizer.
L'Oreal & Clinique make the best mascaras I've found.
Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Gloss in Cherries in the Snow, Clinique Almost Lipstick in either Black Honey or Almost Red for the "my lips but better" look
Your agency should have experts who can point you in the right direction for go sees. Good luck.

Clinique is amazing and not too expensive either. the sheer line of foundation makes your face look natural and smooth and long pretty lashes mascara makes your eyelashes long and it doesn't clump--ever! if you want to conceal your under eyes, use a yellow tinted concealer that is creamy but not thick. i have green-blue eyes too, so if you want to enhance the color of your eyes without using color-contacts, use pinks and purples, & greens and browns for eyeshadow-- make sure you do the shading right though!(i put dark brown on the outer corners along the crease and then blend a green, pink, goldish or purple on the rest of the eyelid, and use a light cream or whiteish color under eyebrows along the bone) good luck with everything!

clinique, clinique, CLINIQUE.
it's readily available (at any major department store) and none of their colors are as shell-shocking or unnatural as, say, MAC.
i would suggest with the skin-cleaning system first. it has soap, toner, and moisturizer for all kinds of skin, including combination.
then i would get a cream base eye shadow in a nude shimmer and a few shades of powder eye shadow in similarly natural colors.
for mascara, i use maybelline XXL volumizing mascara with the dual applicator tip, but i've also heard the new lashexact is good too.
finally, i would look at a fine powder rather than a concealer for your face. i wear the above make up (sometimes all of it, sometimes just powder and mascara) and people always comment on how pretty my skin looks and are shocked when i tell them i'm wearing make up.

As far as foundation goes if you have good skin go with something like Physicians Formula Mineral Powder. It covers like a foundation but is silky smooth and feels great.
Almay makes the best mascara I have ever used. They have one for lengthening and thickening that is amazing. It does not get clumpy and doesn't irritate your eyes.
Best of luck to you.

Hey!
As far as mascara goes, I love MAX Factor Perfect Lash Perfection. It enhances the length and thickness of your lashes without clumping or looking unnatural. And here's another tip: if you curl your lashes, slightly heat a metal curler with a blowdyrer or straightener before applying to to lashes. Be careful that it's not too hot! Using a little bit of heat helps keep lashes curled all day :-)
www.marykay.com has a virtual makeover you can check out with step-by-step directions for different looks. Check it out! :-)
Good luck!

Ok you have to use the Bare Esentuals products. They are healthy for you skin and give you a very natural look to your skin. You can get there stuff at Sephora or on Amazon. You will be so happy that you invested in makeup that is good for your skin. I have put a link for you to look at their products, I have been using their stuff for about 3 years and will never switch.

well if you get modeling jobs, odds are they will do the makeup for you.
my best advice is as light as possible, wearing alot of makeup will age your skin, and ALWAYS remove it everyday/night.
i've modeled, and worked in theatrics, only wore makeup when necessary. to look at my face you would never believe i'm 47. my daughters friends hit on me and most say i look early 30's.
good luck, modeling is hard hungry work.
