I'd say Regular. I've never heard of Electric Tambourine, but I'd think you'd not move around as much. Movement, especially hip wiggles, can be quite sexy.

A regular tambourine. It gives a 1960's like feel and the 60's were a very sexy time!

Electric. I think that electric tambourines should be mandatory, and that all tambourine players should be required to stand in a puddle of water when playing. Low voltage, though, as you wouldn't want to actually kill them, just "encourage" them to take up a real instrument.
