A great website I've used is:
http://familydoctor.org/509.xml
I have given an example of a page with a chart of symptoms on mouth problems, and u will see how the chart lead to the specific condition after you answer questions. I did it when I was worried about a mouth problem, and It lead me to the diagnosis! It was a relief, bcoz i thought it was something much worse! Saves u time at the clinic if u want to wait a while! But I advise a real doctor to ensure accuracy..
You can do the same for your particular problem by searching in the symptoms list on the left-hand side. Good Luck!

Online diagnosis is a little scary but you can try this site: http://symptoms.wrongdiagnosis.com/. You can at least get an idea of what "might" be wrong. Be sure to talk to a real doctor though if you think you have something serious. Good luck.
