Well go into goolge and type iTube then click on the link and download this tool its 100% virus, adware and spyware free and allows you to download youtube videos into .mp4 format Im unsure about Zune but it might require some conversion however as most mp4 players it dosent actually play mp4 so you need a .mp4 to .avi converter I reccommend that you get Pocket DivX encoder:

They are .flv files(flash), there is a program you can use to pull them off of youtube http://www.download.com/3000-20-10574801.html?part=undefined&subj=dl&tag=button after you do that you need to some how convert them...

I have never done it my self but I have pulled video off of youtube, ps the second peice of software specifically lists the zune.

U need 3 things to do for getting youtube video:
1-open http://youtube.com then click ur favourite video..when it is going to be played in Browser..then in Address Bar,where we write www.....etc copy that link..... now go to http://youtubex.com and paste in open place...your video is gonna to download automatically by pressing "search" then "download"...
2-that video is in Flash format or ".flv"...means you need to see it on "FLV Player" try search http://google.com ....
3-now if u want to convert ".flv"file into ".avi or mpeg" ....just Grab "FLV Encoder" u can also convert "avi or mpeg" to ".flv" for sending any of ur video on YOUTUBE ... Grab this http://www.snapfiles.com/download/dlrivaflv.html (Riva FLV Encoder 2.0)...this is Freeware latest is shareware .... so catch this link ...All done my Sweet Heart
