There is a song and it goes if your happy and you know it then there is a transition and it changes to like kind of a hip hop beat and it kind of sounds like cheerleading competition music does anybody know what song i am talking about if you do what's the name of it

Sounds like this could have been a cheerleader mix. Several music companies take bits and pieces of music and transition them together specifically for competitions. I have a hunch that is what you are listening to.
