*shrug* act exactly as you would if you hadn't tripped and kissed him.
btw -- bullshit, there is such a thing as a manly hug. I've always hugged my straight male friends, and they hug each other -- none of them were suddenly gay. I happen to be, and proud of it -- but it certainly has no effect on straight bois to hug each other -- nor does it have any effect to kiss.

You think that is bad, one time I went to give a handshake to my cousin at a wedding reception and I tripped over a chair leg and my hand went right down the front of his pants. Eyup, full speed ahead! Good thing he has a sense of humor and likes me because he's a really mean drunk!

Act as if nothing out of the ordinary happened.
If he seems uncomfortable around you, then apologize to him.
Oh and I'd try to avoid doing the "manly hugs" for a long while.
