I heard that the latest fad with the teens is putting blood suckers on you. Is that true?

My husband played this video, I don't know what site he got it from, and this girl was saying, "I can't stop doing it." (meaning putting the blood suckers on her) What's up with that?

It was a stupid anti-drug commercial. Much like all the other anti-drug commercials. They asked if everyone else was doing it (leeches) would you do it to? Comparing it to if everyone else was doing drugs, would you do it too.
