Your friend must be a real winner if her MOM KICKED HER OUT!! You do not want her moving in with YOU!! Go with her to a womens resource centre and let them find her a place. If you can afford to give away some cash (NOT a loan - that will cause hard feelings if she can't repay), help her out as much asyou can.

Well, it all depends on how you feel. If you are able to help her, you should. If you are afraid to let her stay with you because of what people might think, then the best thing you can do is try and help her find a place to stay at. You can lend her some money, and then help her find a job. Just make sure that she won't take advantage of what you are doing. She needs to know that since she has been kicked from her house, she needs to be responsible. Remember, don't let her take advantage of you, you need to tell her she needs to find a job so she can either find a place to stay, or to help you with the rent. Yeah, it takes, time, but some people take longer to help themselvs, and well, the others are the ones who get stuck with helping them out. Yeah, you are her friend, but you have your needs too.

WHY was she kicked out? Obviously, it is something really bad. Maybe her parents want her to have to learn what the real world is like, so that she will learn how to appreciate all they do for her. It is best if you just let her be. She will have to learn whatever lesson she needs to learn, on her own. You are a good friend to her, but there is nothing you can do, so don't even TRY or YOU may end up kicked out.

Talk to her mom. Ask her why she was kicked out. For now, until she can find a place to crash, let her stay in your living room or something. If its possible, contact her dad and let him know she was kicked out. Do anything and everything you can to find her a place to stay, and a way to get her mom to let her move back in.

Just a gender diff has nothing to do with whether she can move in with you or not, if you're not the kind of "friends" to have sex then you won't just because you are roomies.. and if you are, gonna then it would just make things easier! Ask her, offer to let her crash and leave it up to her.
