it takes from 50-100 times since i'll play it sooo many times then get sick of it. Or do you never get sick of any songs?

Usually around 100 times, then I find another song to get addicted to.

It really depends on the song.Certain songs I could listen to for eternity without getting sick of it while others 100-500 times.

Im kind of like puggyluvers4life in its usually a song that I cant stand until I hear it so many times I start to tolereate it or if I like the video then I start to like the song. I usually wear out my CD before I dislike the song. However if I get the CD and they overplay the main songs on the radio then I usually listen to other songs on the CD and skip the ones I hear on the radio, but I still like them.

I work in Radio so when it comes to certain songs like "Bad Day" I will eventually just get tired of hearing the song so much especially when it's in a heavy rotation. If it's a really good song once it's rested a bit and I hear it again I'll usually like it again.

I made my kids take away my Switchfoot, Beautiful Letdown CD because I was afraid it was burning a hole in my brain. I get obsessed with a song and will listen to it NONSTOP for about 2 weeks. Then I will have to stop and when I listen to it again, maybe after 6 months or so, I can like it again.

Generally, I'm good for four or five times in a row. Then, I switch the CD. Usually I can come back to it if it's a really good song.

It depends on a lot of things, like the quality of the lyrics, the beat, the singer's voice, instrument tones, etc. But i make sure i dont listen to one song over and over again, I dont want to get tired of any of the bands i love.

i wouldn't say that i dislike it or even get sick of it.
i have to listen to a song about 30 times in a pretty short period of time before i've reached "saturation point", as david bowie calls it.
