This resale topic is just BS. Here, check this out, it's "completed listings" at ebay for Harleys. Harleys from 2000 to 2007 on eBay, either selling for half of what the owners have in 'em, or listings that didn't meet the owners over-anxious reserve prices! Harleys having high resale prices is BS, a thing of the past. If you expect to get more than $5000 for a 2 year old Sportster yer dreaming, Big Twins over $10,000 you can forget about, and you can't hardly GIVE a V Rod away!
Here, check this link to ebay:

Perhaps this question should have been placed in the food appliance catagory. Never heard of a Harly. Is that a new foreign brand? Seriously, where did you learn to capitalize and spell? I think you need a refresher course.

They say that there are two types of bikers in the world, those that ride a Harley, and those that wish they did.

Bet I know which one you are....IF you even ride, that is. Which I seriously doubt.

And judging from some of the silly answers to this question, it's VERY obvious that there are some folks out there who know as much about Harleys as I know about rocket science.

Wanna-be's.....jeez.

Only geek boys who live at Mama's and work at Pizza Hut have an issue with $15,000. S hit a decent Pick up is $40,000.
Since you have an issue , you must be a geek boy, Have your Mama get you some milk you'll feel better.

SURE THE RESALE VALUE IS THE SAME BUT WHO WANTS TO RIDE AROUND ON ANCIENT TECHNOLOGY? YOUR PAYING FOR THE NAME 'HARLEY'. THEY HAVE MADE SOME IMPROVEMENTS ON RELIABILITY LATELY BUT BEFORE THAT YOU WOULD HAVE TO OVERHAUL THE ENGINE EVERY 20K MILES. PEOPLE BUY HARLEYS BECAUSE THEY WANT TO BE COOL. SPEND YOU HARD EARNED MONEY ON A METRIC; THEY ARE RELIABLE. PLUS YOU CAN BUY TWO METRICS AND INSURANCE FOR THE PRICE OF ONE
HARLEY.

If you want to get anything more out of me, LEARN TO SPELL at least. I don't mind talking to someone with a differing opinion if they have the intelligence of an eight year old, or better.

Go away. You bother me, kid.

if you ever thought about re-sale value, you wouldn't be asking such a lame question. go buy something cheap, like the shot you tried to take on here, and then you can throw it away when the training wheels wear out.
