It does help if you do not produce enough natural lubrication, or if you doing things that require extra lubrication. IF you are naturally really dry then it may help increase pleasure by giving you more lubrication.
KY is the best normal one out there. It is even used medically. My father had to have a tracheotomy in his throat and we used that to lubricate the metal, it is very safe.

If you're going to use a lubricant, most doctors would recommend a KY product. They are specially-made for sexual use. They are also the brand that all of my gynocologists use for PAP smears. The lubrication itself should help increase the chances of an orgasm. As for the warming oils, I don't have any experience, but they sound great!

The only side effects may be a burning sensation or feeling after or when using it. For most people it is to help increase pleasure, but for some it decreases pleasure. Try just a little bit on your inner thigh to see if it affects your skin or burns, if not you should be good to go. Whether or not you like it is for you to see.

KY is a water based lubricant that is designed for sex. It is safe to use for that purpose and is safe to use with condoms. If it helps you increase pleasure depends on you. Everybody is different, so there is no way to tell.

This stuff should be neutral; it's principal use is for comfort, which leads to orgasm, and therefore pleasure. If you need this stuff, then it could be that you're not relaxed before you get down to business. Learn to take your time!

I find that the warming gel gets a little TOO hot and it can cause irritation but I think it depends on the individuals sensitivity to such things.
