I already am an organ donor - so it would be a real boon to me.
I believe everyone should be one - and a system like that would greatly inspire more to be. I could see paying for the actual cost of printing the license - but having the rest taken off would be great.

That would be indirectly being paid for an organ donation,which is illegal in the USA.
