they're pretty sore, and not too sweaty.

I get this from the ladies all the time. "Rub my feet, this", "Go out and earn a wage, that". It's getting so a guy's bum crease on the sofa is starting to wear a bit shallow.

Soren,
I would soak your feet in warm, soapy water and gently wash them for you, pat them dry, and rub them all over with lotion until all the soreness was gone from them.
Then I'd take care of the rest of your tension and soreness for you. xx

Go on then, I can do a bit of reflexology too if you like, very relaxing and might help get rid of the soreness.

Maybe if you disinfect them with bleach and put some of that Squeeze Cheese on 'em, your dog would lick 'em, could be a kind of massage, eh?

you as well- my poor hubby does this at least 4 hours a day- well that covers evening tv on the sofa!!
