You need cheats fo' Guitar Hero? :( Sadz. Anyway... Since you asked...
You have to enter the cheats on the main menu where you select Career Mode, Quick Play, Multiplayer, etc.

Just by selecting the Cheat menu, and entering the proper sequence using the different color buttons on the head of the guitar.

you enter them on the main menu screen, in doing this u will get notified that u confirmed a cheat. when u go to play the game the cheat will be activated:p
