What are some good songs to sing to?

I'm thinking of auditioning for the play next year. no one has EVER heard me sing and i really am a good singer. i cant sing low pitched but i can sing sort of high pitched. i can sing REALLLLY loud when im singing inbetween low and high pitched. what are some good songs for me to sing?

I think also in your range a good song for you would be songs by Carrie Underwood:

They are all semi slow songs but they have loud parts and i think would be very good for your vocal range

try annie lennox. her voice can be operatic at times. i believe she has performed on stage as well. so, given that, she might be a good pick.

'talking to an angel', 'walking on broken glass', 'would i lie to you?' to name a few. if these aren't high enough, then you might want to try some of mariah carey's earlier works. 'i don't wanna cry', can't remember the names but look at some of the stuff from '92 before she became hip-hoppy

suprise them sing in english if you have to but if you dont sing in spanish i recomend si me llevas contigo or tu angel de la guarda their from gloria trevi the songs are in youtube. This will catch the judges attention

It really just depends on your voice, but most Evanescence songs are good to sing to.
