Cellphones don't, but 2.4GHz cordless phones and B/G/N wireless use 2.4 GHz, and microwave ovens create static in that range as well. If you're getting interference, try changing the wireless channel until you find one that works better. If you lose your wireless when the microwave is used, try channels below 7; if you lose it when the cordless phone is used, avoid channels 1-3. I often find channel 4 works well.
