Yes. Just getting a small amount of seed near your opening can sometimes cause pregnancy. It doesn't take much. there are millions of little swimmers in one drop and it only takes one to fertilize an egg. They're strong little buggers on a mission. Penetration helps but isn't always necessary
Hope this clears things up for you.

Yes. A woman can get pregnant without a man's sperm. It's called parthenogenesis, and it's rare but not unheard of. One in about 100,000 births is a case of parthenogenesis. For some unknown reason, the egg starts dividing without the input of a sperm. The child is always a daughter, because she's an exact genetic clone of Mom. Most of the time, they never even figure out what happened - the woman just assumes that the baby's father is her partner.

Wait a minute! this is a tricky question! Yes it is possible!! being a virgin you could be implanted, wait 9 months and you'd have a baby fresh out of the oven!!! Now... if this is not the case... it is biologically, ethically, genetically and physically impossible.

Girls can get pregnant without the man entering her.
All it takes is a speedy little sperm and on the way it goes
all it has to be is near the opening of the vagina and then the girl
to be ovulating and wham Pregnant.
So there you go

Technically there is, it's called invitro fertilization. No sex is necessary - just a trip to the doctor's office :)
