what telephone and internet provider is better in the Philippines?

globe acts faster compared to pldt but pldt has cheaper rates and more promos.

For our landline, we have PLDT. We used to have SMART (back when they were two different companies, owned by different people and just for a few years) and it was a hard to get a connection especially when you're dialing in or dialing out to a PLDT landline. I'm not sure if that's still the case now. So far, we have OK connection with PLDT. Except when there's a problem coz it's very hard to contact their helpdesk. That's PLDT's big minus.

For our internet provider, we have ZPDEE cable internet, which is bundled with our cable TV provider. So far so good, no problem or whatsoever. And it's easy to contact their helpdesk.

We are using Globe but I wish We used PLDT.Smart instead. PLDT & smart used satellite, so wherever you are you can access internet
as long as there is Smart Tower even without telephone line. i might ask mom to change to PLDT.

my landline provider is PLDT. then my broadband provider is Destiny since PLDT dsl doesn't have a port in our area. it's a good thing actually, broadband is much better than dsl anyway. and Destiny is much faster (internet speed) compared to pldt. their customer service is also reliable since when you call them, they usually show up to check the problem within a day or two.
