It's so windy out today and the cold cut right through my Athletic Works coat. It was miserable. Why don't coats hold up to their word and keep us warm when we need it?

You should get a new coat, it may be because it's worn. But this cold weather is a little much as well.

When I was in college in Binghamton, NY we were withing walking distance to downtown. The coldest walk home ever was walking home from the arena after a Rush concert. It was below zero and windy. Horrible. Great show though. I wouldn't recommend Binghamton, NY for any winter visits.

I'm sorry. I find myself having to wear sweaters and heavy coats at the same time. In the morning walking to school the grass is slippery with ice and it's 30 degrees out...it's awful

I dunno. More layers I guess. I had to walk to a final in college after driving through a blizzard for an hour wearing 2 pair of socks, boots, longjohns, jeans, sweatpants, t-shirt, 2 sweatshirts, a hoodie, a long wool coat, 2 scarves, earmuffs, a ballcap and two pair of gloves.

My classmates did not recognize me when I sat down at my normal seat.

-40 with the windchill is NOT FUN.

One time I walked to school right after I showered, and by the time I got there my hair had frozen so cold that when I felt it some broke off.

I was stuck on route 78 in pa, for 7 hours - that was awful, I got out to walk around and pee on the road to help melt the ice. I did my part man!

Ah hon, me and my different 0.5 are no longer getting on properly on the 2nd, so I also have a feeling i could be the single to freeze right here! xxxx I did get caught in a poor rain downpour with my maximum suitable mate a pair of weeks in the past, and he replaced into attempting to place his jacket over my head to maintain me dry, yet in the top we the two huddled up below it and looked relatively stupid going up the line, and the two have been given soaked besides! :o) xxxxxxx

Go to an Army/Navy store and get an officer's overcoat. Those things will keep you toasty from your neck to your knees.
