The human race is doomed to extinction due to its' very overabundance on this earth. We will die fighting over the last bit of uncontaminated bit of ecology, choking on our own toxic, radioactive effluent, accusing each other of being the devil. The religious will call it The Apocalypse. Unless, of course, mankind can smarten up and start making rational decisions instead of following dogmatic indoctrination, and reign in our myopic, self centred, materialistic greed. Wouldn't bet the farm though.

What is wrong with the world is people are too ethnocentric. People think their society's way of doing things is the best way of doing things and they tend to judge other people's cultures by their own cultural standards.... Racism, hate and non-acceptance of others roots from attiutudes of this nature. I've said my piece.

That Oil will finish, if only there is a way to recycle oil so we can survive a trillion years literally. When we're at risk of losing the Earth it will be a most of the people's fault for not caring about the enviornment.

WE are what's wrong with the world. We tolerate racism, prejudice, abuse of others and ourselves. WE allow bad things to go on and do nothing. WE blame others for our own mistakes and faults. If EACH one of us would treat the next person as WE want to be treated OUR world would be much better.

Corporations and Big Government holding back advances in science to maximize the economic benifits of current science....Coupled with immature people that put their own wants over the needs of society, most people never really learn to share.

Very simply, sin. However, there is no human cure. Humans are too prone to point out another's sin and won't take care of their own. That is the problem.

Same thing as has always been the case - people act primarily out of self-interest at the expense of the good of others.
