i noticed on a box of panty liners, that it said "breathable". wat does it mean by "breathable"? im pretty confused.

It's just made out of looser fibers to let more air through. It keeps the area from getting sweaty and smelly, which makes it more comfortable.

it lets air get through so when you get warm down there it wont get smelly (sorry)
