I love rap rock mashups too, it's one of my favorite types of music.
This cd I got, it's kinda hard to find in person, but I'm sure you could get it over the internet, is called Loud Rocks. It's got some of the best real, not DJ, mashups I've ever heard.

This is kind of an endless question because there are so many. I know there are a ton out there but I can't name alot of specific ones. I am more of a rock fan so I like more of P.O.D. and Linkin Park. No sleep till brooklyn by the beastie boys is great. Lil jon has alot of stuff like what you are looking for. Another good on is the Aww Naw remix by Nappy Roots feat. P.O.D.
