Need game ideas for a college Mardi Gras themed party. Expecting between 20 and 40 people. No alcohol or nudity, please keep it clean.

Are you in New Orleans at all? Actually going to parades??
I have a group of friends who have lots of rituals for parades themselves. Shouting "Hey, its the other side!" whenever there's a break in floats, bowing at the dancing girl teams when they pass, etc.
It sounds like you're just having a party though. If you can get your hands on some beads where you are, have a mock parade. Clear a path and have people who will walk and be floats (have them wear costumes or maybe signs) and have people on either side of the path wave and "shout" for them to throw beads to. If anyone knows how to play a musical instrument have them be the marching band. Pick someone to wear a crown and be the king or queen of the parade.
There aren't really any specific party games that are themed to Mardi Gras because we go out to the parades instead. Use your imagination taking some standard games and add Mardi Gras items and colors to them. You could have people toss beads in a similar fashion to a ring toss, etc.
