Lately my life has been flipped upside down. Ive been really stressed out, alot on my mind, and the worst feeling of all, is realizing the fact that no one is around to listen or care. am I the only one who feels as if their "friends" only care about themselfs and their own life? why am I such a great friend to others, there for them when they need me, and yet when i need someone, and im so alone, no one is ever around? I have a wonderful boyfriend, but sometimes guys dont understand, nor do i have the patience to try and explain how lonely i feel. I guess im really bothered bc i feel like im losing my best friend, practically a sister to me...and im losing her over a guy/her bf. is it selfish of me to think that she is being unfair, to just get up and move away with the guy she hasnt even dated for 6months yet?! what about our friendship, our closeness, we are like sisters, closer than sisters. how can she leave me behind after all ive been there for her...am i wrong?

If you were living my life right now, you'd be a lot worse than just down and sad.

I know how you feel. Stress is one of our worst enemies. All of your feeling build up and you want to just explode. Sometimes I feel that way too, like Im always here for my friends but they do not want to be here for me. I think what you should do is tell your friends when you really need them by telling them to please take a break from what they are doing and listen to you for a little while because you really need someone to be there for you. You are probably more mature in mind and have a deeper understanding of others than your friends at this point, and all you can do about that is try to convey to them as best as you can your feelings and continue to help them with theirs to be a good friend. If you find that your friends really arent listening, you should tell them this and seek advice from others online...such as here! Just to escape maybe the troubles of your social life. You should also try to gain some new friends that you can talk about your feelings with, maybe by joining a club or saying hi to someone you have never really talked to before. Sometimes boys dont understand either, but if he really cares about you he will at least be there to listen and hold you, even if he cant make everything better or doesnt understand. Patience is key in any relationship.

It is not selfish of you, it is natural feelings. Guys can make girls crazy and drive them to do irrational things. For now, you have to let her know that you are still here for her. Tell her how much you are hurting. Make vows to not loose touch. If your friendship withstands this move, it will only be stronger in the future. Sometimes it isnt fair, but we cant force people to do things to please us, only hope that whatever they are doing is what they want to be doing and makes them happy. Good luck.

Chicks are stupid. (I am one, so I can say that.) We do a lot of things for the men in our lives, whether they are "the one" or just "the one right now". I would suggest finding some new friends or just someone you can talk to.

Come on you know how strong hormones are. The love for you is great as a girfriend but it is human nature that drives us to be with the one we are sexually attracted to you. If your boyfriend had to move and was seriously committed to you and asked you to move with him wouldn't you.

If you feel sad about it. Try talking to her about you feelings and how much she means to you. When you talk to her and get it off your chest you might feel a lot better.
