Yes, I do. Most people who wrong others do so for reasons ranging from ignorance of basic courtesy to outright evil intent. We must all learn how to be kind and compassionate to others, but before we are able to even do that, we have to be kind and compassionate toward ourselves. When we treat ourselves and others in kindness and in compassion, we are then truly living well, since what we give to others comes back to us tenfold.
