I think it would be the chicken. As a chicken has to sit on the egg in order for the egg to hatch. If the egg came first nothing to keepit warm so it would not hatch and there would be no chicken.

the egg. the fully evolved egg which came from a not so evolved chicken, so that the egg which hatched the chicken would be the first fully evolved chicken of that time. that chicken would have gone on to have plenty more fully evolved baby chickens.

Theoretically, birds evolved from dinosaurs and dinosaurs appeared to have laid eggs. Thus, the eggs came before the chicken.

The chicken. the egg represents reproductivity (not to mention breaksfast) and thus the chicken was needed to lay the egg.
