ACL(anterior cruciate ligament)- Just had it 6 months ago.

That's not a question I would consider based on the answers of strangers who have no idea the extend ot the injury and surgery.
I suggest you ask your doctor. After all, he/she is the one who is aware of the injury and repair as well as the experience. Heeding the advice of strangers could land you back in the operating room.
