Easy - sit at home all day and do nothing!
You know the saying - You can please some of the people all of the time, or all of the people some of the time, but you'll never please all of the people all of the time - it's so true, and why would you even try? You have to do what you think you should, try your best at everything, and as for those who criticize - let them eat cake!

There's no way of avoiding it (only if u stay inside locked up in ur house lol).Try to be positive,criticism is good cause that means people think about u and u can learn from their suggestions.U can improve urself this way.
