Was Rep Keith Ellison (D) profiling smokers?

Question

Tom Tancreado was smoking a cigar in his own office that has a a filtration system. It is not illegal to smoke in your own office however Ellison called the police on Tancreado.

Just because he was smoking doesnt mean he was doing something illegal....to the dismay of some.....

Someone needs to tell this Democrat that the first thing a normal person does when faced with a problem is to try to solve it themselves.

Like..."Hey Tom, that cigar smoke is getting into our office over here. How about I go in 50% with you on an air purifier?"

But then I guess the Democrats don't think that way. They believe that some arm of the government is always better to solve problems. They're wrong.

(And the police should have told him that themselves)
