The crib that I slept in along with some of my baby clothes and toys. I got all of my baby stuff that my parents kept when I found out I was Pregnant. So both of my kids have slept in my crib and covered with my blankets and played with my toys and even worn some of my clothes. I have made a few repairs to the crib and since my daughter just graduated from the crib to a toddler bed I had the crib carefully boxed and shrink wrapped back up and I put it for them to have when they get older. I love the idea of passing on a family piece.

I have a small stuffed lamb from my Grandmother.
She passed about three weeks before I was born. When she bought it, she had told my Auntie she'd had a very strong feeling I was going to be a girl. This was way before sonograms and such, so you didn't get to know a baby's gender until it was born.
The lamb is 45 years old, and about a month older than I am.
