No. The US is a sovereign nation. We have our own criminal laws. There is no benefit to us, to give up our rights and responsibilities to third parties who are unaccountable.

No. The US should not be subject to an International court. We are subject to our laws and Constitution ONLY, not the dictates of people we do not know, respect, or agree with. An International court is just one step closer to a one-world government... and we all know that would be horrible.

"Everybody" means those countries which want a way to control the United States. The ICC is a nice idea, if you think it's bad for a nation to be soveriegn.
