My favorite book is 1984 by George Orwell. If you've never read it, it's about a man named Winston Smith who lives in a time in the future (the book was written in 1949) when one ruler, called Big Brother, has complete control over everyone's lives. It's a very good book about how man is slowly losing the war with himself, and that the price of losing that war is losing our freedom.

Phantom of the Opera by Gaston Leroux. I love dark, tragic, romantic tales, so it's perfect for me! I read it for the first time three years ago, and no book I've read since has been able to replace Phantom as my favorite book.

Lamb: the Story of Biff, Christ's Childhood Friend by Chris Moore

It is a comedy, not meant to change anyone's beliefs and meant to answer the question, "what if Jesus knew Kung Fu?"

It is ridiculous and will make you giggle in a crowd... maybe look a bit weird, but its just soo good...
