Please, if there are any math majors who are not teaching in high school, let me know what it was like when you got your diploma.
I plan on majoring in Math, minoring in Computer Information Systems and possibly pursuing a Master's Degree in Math after that. Would this leave me with many opportunities for work?
Thank you.

Yes - go for the Math/Computer degree first, then you'll have credentials in either field. I did that 20 years ago, spent 18 years in the computer field, then went back to school to get a Masters in teaching. Since I have that "math" degree, I was able to get a Masters in 2 years - it's called a "Masters in Arts in Teaching" with a concentration in secondary mathematics education. Now I'm teaching at a community college and loving it!!
