Give up on the booze - it's only a crutch for chickenshits and a chickenshit excuse for bad behaviour. If you need booze to make you brave you'll never really be brave; you'll always be that scared little boy hiding in the pickle jar. It says much that you assaulted your "mates" (though you're not their mate, are you?) When and if you do get a girl you'll no doubt assault her too, then apologise in the morning and blame the booze, like a real shiny piss-artist scumbag. Cos that's what drunks do. Drunks are a complete waste of space. The absolute lowest of the low. Join them, or ally yourself with decent society. It's your choice, Just don't blame anybody but yourself once you've become used to blaming the booze for turning you in to acomplete tosser. Easy or what?

You seem to be under too much stress lately. Your questions seem to center around feeling insecure about jobs and decisions while resenting people with money.
But to answer your latest question, being Aware that You are Being Selfish is the first step!!
Violations are easy to come by so stick to questions that will help you so that others aren't wasting their time when you are angry. It's the coldest winter we've ever seen so exercise is out for most of us. If you are still feeling bad in the spring, try walking fast or even jogging rather than playing with other people's problems.
You deserve to feel better and excercise will definitely help. And yes, it IS different than working.

Its All up to you , we can all said do this do that , but really really does matter what we think and in this very moment you are being selfish to not care right now.......
What has made you feel selfish , how is your life with your family, how you deal with your brothers, friends and so forth...
Sometimes being selfish is OK , because is human nature, is not very good when you feel good by hurting someone that really wasn't worth it........
Pride has a big roll in selfishness , and in life..Do you consider yourself as a very very pride person , maybe you can start by weighting stuff of what is right about pride, and what is not right about it........
Take care, you look cute ;) lol

Sometimes what we have been told is selfish isn't at all so it depends on what you mean by this. You need to take care of yourself first before you can be there fully for others. Sometimes we get into "selfish" habits in order to get our needs met especially when these essential needs weren't met as children

You can try to self-sacfifice and do good for others. In doing so you might realize how good it feels and continue to do so. I sometimes wonder if I am a sociopath for how selfish I am, but I am trying to change.

You wouldn't be selfish if you would meet a person you really like and admire. You would want that person to like you and you would give away even your shirt.

You are, of course, pulling our collective leg. I don't think you are selfish at all.
