I need t find a cabin of 2+ room in bigbear for one night and for Feb 18th.

Considering this is the 16h I doubt very much you'll find anything for the 18th . Big Bear usually books months ahead. You might try the links below...good luck

Unfortunately from previous posts I have seen of people. Most are good at answering posts on opinions, experience, etc. However when it comes to research on ones travel I don't believe you are going to find anyone to do that for you.
I wish you the best of luck as you may need it, but when your talking in 2 days that might be difficult, it's just to last min and a 2+ room none the less.
I hope your not locked into your dates!
