most ppl agree that u become a woman when u start menstruating, but i disagree cuz an 11 yr old is notttt a woman
a young woman is like high school and maybe college age and woman would be independent, intelligent, mature..looks like a woman...

Get her period, become mature, get a but, get boobs, stop acting sillyish and childish, stop watching baby shows, stop playing wit baby toys, having responsibility, no bedtime!
But each Woman is really a kid, in their hearts!

bigger breasts and forming the thing inside your ovary to have sex and kids. It also means having more responsibility.
