i'm wanting to create a web page. where can i make one for free? i am new to this so i need for the site to be simple maybe with help for me. i also want to be able to upload my pics onto my site and use html. i want animated graphics. I'm so confused. Please tell me a free site where i can make a page besides angelfire.
