Based upon the writing of the Declaration of Independance, i would say the answer would be D.

The Declaration of Independance was in three parts:

1) the ideals for individual liberty
2) the grievences of the King
3) declaration of independance from Great Britain

Most of the ideas came from the writings of John Locke.

I dont like your question. It is kinda weird.

The answer is simple . It is contained in the language of the Declaration itself. It is "D. logical and reasonable"

It was intended to set forth in a manner so clear as to be unambiguous the reasons why the colonies felt the need to separate themselves from England. It would have to command the understanding and assent of the world. It was a document in an Age of Reason intended to appeal to reason.

Here is what Jefferson himself said about the Declaration:

"I did not consider it any part of my charge to invent new Ideas, but to place before mankind the common sense of the subject, in terms so plain and firm as to command their assent. It (Declaration of Independence) was intended to be an expression of the American mind." Thomas Jefferson

As he says before listing the many grievances against the British crown: "To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world."
