Excuse me but I beg to differ. My knee caps prune. Very unsightly but there you have it. ;-)

well, thats because your fingers and your toes, you can live without, your body does HAVE to have them, and also your body is constantsly concentrating on your most important part (organs) but if you did stay in the bath or shower long enough then eventually your body would prune up! lol it is the same way with frostbite!!-Blondie

i would have to say that it is where there is the thinest skin and there is very little fat there so your skin gets soft and prunes up becase there is not alot of fat to keep them firm
