The liver, I'm not sure.
I do know that you can buy colon cleansing products online at at health food stores. Be careful with them though, they generally need to be taken for a week at a time and can keep you on the toilet all day. There are websites that go into detail about them and show you pictures of what kinds of stuff come out of you. It's really gross and scary, but amazing to think that your body has had this matter clinging to the inside walls of your colon for years!
I have also heard that they can strip too much bacteria out of tour system, even the good bacteria that you need. Talk to a health professional or at least someone at a health food store before you buy.

I currently use Oxy-powder and it can help you clean out your entire intestinal system not just your colon. The company that makes the Oxy-Powder also carries a product that can detoxify your liver. The product is called Super Phos 30. You can visit their website at www.ghchealth.com. The company is called the Global Healing Center. They also have a informational website that is dedicated to colon cleansing. The site is http://www.colon-cleanse-constipation.com/. The company has great customer service and has a 60 day money back guarantee on their products.

You can take Milk thistle which is an herb used to cleanse the liver. Also drinking plenty of water and refrain from additives and preservatives and drinking heavily during your healing process. Also colon cleanse combined with a high fiber diet will really improve your overall appearance you will see a difference guaranteed. By high protein I mean purchase that horribe cereal that looks like chalk, and add beans to your diet. You can also take garlic (non- odor , if you prefer) to significantly lower your bp. I take it and doctors say I am like a corpse, c/c my bp is so low. Lay off the salt. I hope this helps, please let me know.

a colonic irrigation but you can only do that so many times a year
Colonic Irrigation is a technique where the colon is repeatedly washed by warm filtered and sterile water. It is a totally clean and hygienic procedure, i know some one who has to get it done like once a month

It might be a little painful and you might spend alot of time in the bathroom, but a natural way to cleanse yourself is to drink. A LOT of apple juice. the 100% stuff not that stuff loaded with sugar. Half a bottle or so and you'll be clean in NO time! Seriously.

No. It's not that easy. If it were, no one would have high cholesterol. Talk to your doctor. Diet & exercise, and maybe medication is needed to reduce cholesterol.
