Get cranberry concentrate at the health food store. One pint will make 2 gallons with water. Drink 8 ounces before every meal and between meals. This will flush out your kidneys and should be a benefit to your liver.

No Junk foods or sodas or coffee or alcohol. Drink lots of water and plenty of green vegetables to get a lot of fiber. Oatmeal for breakfast each morning will help bring your cholesterol down also.

Get a 1/2 gallon or a full gallon of Prune Juice and drink 8 oz before bed at night. This will flush your colon out daily.

This comes from a book "THE FAT FLUSH PLAN". Eat fish, skinless chicken breasts, no pork, no beef, no butter, plenty of vegetables and fruits. No dairy products. The fats from animal products are the bad fats that contribute to the high cholesterol.

Good Luck.
