I tryed out for the play, Annie and I got the part of Mollie.
I only saw Annie once, I remember Mollie was they smallest orphan.
I just wanted to know some things:
A) Is this a good part?
B) Can you just give me a description of what the Character, Mollie is about?
C) About how many lines do I have?
D) My director said I got the part, because I am so petite, and because I am so good for the role. WHat does he mean by that?
E) My friend got the part of Ms Hannigan, she wanted to know if that is a good part?
Thank you all!

Molly is the youngest orphan. She's sassy - and she has a lot of spunk. She sings - and has some cute lines too. The orphans - other than Annie - are pretty much an ensemble - but Molly is quite memorable. I have no idea how many lines you have. If you're "petite" it means you're small - and Molly is the smallest girl - so that's probably why you got the role.

If you got this role and you didn't even bother to read the play or watch the film prior to auditions - you should consider yourself very lucky.

Your friend who was cast as Ms. Hannigan got a good role. Ms. Hannigan runs the orphanage - and she is mean and she has a drinking problem.

I hope that you and your friend do not want to look "glamorous" on the stage - because you won't. You will be wearing raggy clothes - and she will have messed up hair - and probably be wearing a house robe most of the time.

Yes, mollie's part is a good role too aside from Annie. She's the smallest orphan girl that Annie loves and Mollie loves her too. The role is not as much as Annie's but Mollie gets to show off her character by standing up before Ms. Hannigan and was even given a chance to step on Ms. Hannigan's foot. She got to sing a long part too and was able to discover the plot that Ms. Hannigan's brother is up to. It's a good role indeed.
Ms. Hannigan's role is very nice and interesting. She got to play the supporting actress because she has the role of leading the children in the orphanage, commanding them and giving them instruction and also a great deal of making Annie a hard time. She also help her brother to plan on how to get the price reward for Annie's parents. They are all good roles. Goodluck and enjoy your play.

A) When I saw the play the girl playing Mollie stole the show, it is a great part - the only orphan you can really remember apart from annie, of course, is mollie! Well done you.
B) She's the little cute one that looks up to annie and annie dotes on her
C) a decent amount, not a tiny part but not a huge part either
D) I guess he means you're small so you're the perfect size and build to play Mollie
E) Ms Hannigan rules! If I was in it i'd love that part - it's the best part in it, a real big character. You're friend should have a great time!

these are both very good roles. Mollie is the smallest orphan and she has a lot of sass. Annie is very protective of her. The audience always warms up to the character Mollie, because she is not afraid to mouth off to Miss Hannigan.
Tell your friend that Miss Hannigan is a great part, and should be a lot of fun to do. Have fun!
