Thats extremely unusual and unhealthy. I sugest you to buy an actual exfoliating product meant for the face.

Not a good Idea, there is nothing inside to do any sort of exfoliating you're skin.
You can find from either Neutrogena or Oil of Olay or some other Product line, a liquid or cream exfoilater. If it's a mild one, you may use it 2-3 time a week, a stronger one, only 1-2 a week. To much abrasion can over activate you're oil gland and result into more break outs, also, to much rough treatment, (over processed), can result in blotchiness, redness etc.. To much of a good thing is NOT GOOD FOR THE SKIN.

NO, pads are made only to put in your underwear to capture blood during your period (like a diaper) they absorb wastes... They are not made to scrub your face with... Although they do look like the exfoliating pads that are used to wash your face, they are not the same thing.....

....Exfoliating your face means to open the pores on your face to clean them out... no where on a pad is there the rough surface for scrubbing your face (to open the pores)...

I dont think a pad is used to exfoliate your face. Why dont you better buy an exfoliator at the drug store, they are not that expensive.
