What excersises are best for a beginner break-dancer? Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated. Also any good links to web-sites will be gratefully accepted.

Do ab workouts because they are the core of balance when you bboy. also work out your arms so you can lift yourself and do alot of moves. drink water and do moves that will give you balance.

go on you tube and find videos and prctice. search for salah,mr.wiggles,popgun, and style2ouf

Your best bet is to strengthen our arms, then find someone who knows how to break dance or rent a video and learn some moves. then show your friends how talented you are by strutting your stuff on the dance floor :) hope that helps.

work out your abs and your arms and don't be afraid also try taking hip-hop classes. don't throw yourself into something rough though

then u can support ur body on ur arms
