I looked at the site and I see a couple of warning signs.
First of all, I do not think they are using an official Visa logo. It looks like something that they scanned. Besides, if it was an official Visa logo, you should be able to click on it and go to Visa.
Next up, their contact is thru phone or email. They do not give an address. That can be fishy at times.
The big warning sign is the disclaimer page.

This means that they are copying brand names. You will not be getting the real deal if you buy from these guys. Also, you never can tell when their store is going to be shut down because of copyright and/or trademark infringement.

The bags are really cheap meaning the quality is therefore REALLY cheap. I wouldn't buy.
