This is a tough question, they are both equally annoying. I would have to say Duff, reason being is because she hasn't been corrupted yet.

I usually don`t judge stars if I don`t know them personally, but in Hilary Duff`s case I can`t stand her. It`s her whole face that makes me shrug!.
I think deep down Britney Spears is a really nice person, even if she`s having some problems now. When she was the HIT I used to be a great fan of hers. But now she hasn`t done some new cds.
So I definetly vote Britney.

I watched Hillary Duff grow up on tv, so definitely she is better.

i like brit when she isnt all skanked up but hilary duff somehow stays out of the lime light. so probably hilary duff

I like Brit when she is not trashy looking and acts right. As for Ms. Duff someone needs to shove a hambuger in that girls face. I use 2 like her a lot but now she is just another Hollywood skinny girl that needs help.
