Few thoughts: pig is good with apple and cloves; met a stuffed mongoose and snake which I nearly got for the flat; rescued a roadkill fox that I was very tempted to get stuffed but would cost a fortune - thought to give it to a museum, buried it under a tree.

that it's best to keep your distance .... they might have wind...
if you mean dead ones i think there's something fascinating about them - especially those old ones arranged in different scenes, they look completely sick and wierd but fascinating.
am totally against killing to stuff and wouldn't want a pet stuffed when it died but they're historically interesting x
eta. did you mean like teddy bears like other people seem to think? i think children should only have three at the most as they're impossible to throw away when you get older and you end up with them all shoved in a cupboard somewhere. have a problem with the ones holding a big red heart too - what's all that about? silly.

Absolutely crazy about them. As I have gone through a very nasty divorce the last couple of years that involved infidelity by my husband I have had many nights when I laid abed in tears. One night my grandson was staying with me and he brought me HIS teddy bear that he loved. He handed it to me and told me that I was to keep it so that I had someone to hold when I cried. Where ever I have gone, that bear is with me and I will keep it until the end of my life.

I love stuffed animals and always have. Never was a doll person. They creep me out and always have.
