Some of these shortcuts (like Outlook, especially) like to re-appear whenever Microsoft regular maintenance is done, so, sad-to-say, you may be out of luck. I'm not sure what *you* mean by "command toolbar". If you mean, the bar at the bottom right of the screen, then you can right-click it, like, above the clock, and in the resulting menu, click Properties, and in the resulting window, click Advanced, and in the list that appears, go through each item and click the rollover and select Always Hide.

at the end of every tool bar there is a horizontal line with an arrow below pointing down.put the cursor over it and it will read; toolbar options, click on it and follow the instructions
