How many millions have we spent on these academic pinheads for them to study ways to kill our economy?

The left has shut down debate and says there is no valid argument against man-made global warming. That tells me that they should kiss their grant money (stolen from us in taxes) good bye!

They used the best scientific method to arrive at their conclusions, they surveyed all the environmental scientists and invited the 1200 that agreed with their predetermined hypothesis to a conference.

Give them all your money, they are determined to take it anyway.

Where were you when science class was in session? How about history?

We had global warming and ice ages before we had today's technological breakthroughs.

Where are the people who know the planet is going through a pole shift right now. For all who don't know, a pole shift is when the magnetic poles swap polarity. During these times the Earth is bombarded by much more intense solar radiation because the pole shift makes the magnetosphere weaker. The heat from the sun is being allowed to strike the Earth with less magnetosphere to deflect the heat back to space this causes the Earth to warm. DA!!!!

This is a natural cycle of the planet that has repeated itself many times. To even think for a split second that we puny humans with our infantile knowledge of science could do anything more than have a minute influence on a planetary scale event is stupidity beyond belief!

H#ll we can't even maintain control of our borders. Just how do we get and then keep control of the whole world to even implement the minute, short term, and bankrupt expensive proposals into effect?

We MAY! I repeat MAY! be able to slow the planetary heating cycle by some minute amount over a short period of time. This would require monumental expenditures of our monetary resources. The scale for a planetary venture would bankrupt the World.

If we find out what ended the last ice age, we will know the answer to the global warming question.

Throwing money at a problem is never a good solution.

Liberal science is where you have a political agenda, and you are allowed to ignore facts and unanswered questions and flaws with their theories by simply saying YOU ARE STUPID to not believe in their theories. Then they ramble on with meaningless unrelated facts to show how SMART they are, you know, compared to those stupid conservatives and such.

Real science is the one with HARD WORKING people, compared to HARD POLITICING people. Where the real scientist is open minded, ready to question everything, even THEORIES that are NOT PC to question. And THEORIES that have been ESTABLISHED POLITICALLY in times past, like evolution, and now, global warming.

There are way too many idiots who still don't accept global warming. I think the best way is to hit people where it hurts, their wallets. Give large tax deductions and rebates for energy efficient things. Like installing solar panels on houses. Then charge environmental taxes on cars that get below certain mpgs. Then stop subsidizing gas so people really know how much it costs. But you would also have to give alternatives. Putting money into mass transit systems would be a start.

we need to invest millions into renewable energy and alternative fuels. we haven't reached the hydrogen age just yet - but we need to get there pretty darned quick, because if we don't, there won't be an economy left.....because we will have killed the planet.
unless people think it's worth the millions of $ that are spent putting probes into orbit to check out the Aurora Borealis.....get a camara, take a photo....it's PRETTY....end of story !!!

The grants should now be given instead to every citizen of every country in the world to buy an eco-friendly car / put a solar panel on their roof / attach a wind turbine to their house wall.....anything to stop global warming....give it to the people....well, why not...
the huge corporations and millionaire executives have made themselves rich f***ing with our planet.
