like what are the essintals what am I looking for in a vitamin?

Folic acid(vitamin C), vitamin B-12 complex, calcium, iron, collagen are the best things to take before, during and after you're pregnant and nursing.

The generic version is fine... ask the pharmacist for them. Prenatal vitamins are basically multi-vitamins, with extra things like Calcium, Iron and Folic acid.

at least 1000 mcg's of folic acid a day. i take the prenatals from wal-mart and also take a separate folic acid and calcium supplement.

I do not see my mother take vitamins ... It erosion fruit and vegetables rich in natural vitamins ... I think it is easier than grain ...

the cheapest is just as good! and take a folic acid supplement.

I take Prima Care One. They dont make me sick and they taste like vanilla.
